R3hab Ink is a private studio that is by appointment only, which gives the luxury of devoting time completely to each client, allowing the artist to completely immerse himself into the creative process. R3hab Ink Tattoo offers excellent quality on custom tattooing, custom canvas paintings, and R3hab Ink apparel.

Mario is a proud Native to Colorado . Since he was a child, he showed an immediate talent and interest in the arts. Mario began his education at Metropolitan State College of Denver in the Fine Arts program. Not understanding how you can grade art, Mario moved his interest into Exercise. Graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.
Mario started his tattooing journey 7 years after graduating college, when he realized Art is what he is truly passionate about. He visited over twenty Denver tattoo shops looking for an apprenticeship. After hearing "NO", from all twenty shops, Mario was more determined than ever to make his dream of becoming a professional tattoo artist happen. Mario did his very first tattoo in November of 2017 in his two bedroom apartment. He is now a proud owner of R3hab Ink Tattoo in Lakewood,Colorado.

This is my first tattoo, how do I get started?"Check out our artists work online, fill out the contact form on our website to schedule a consultation. If you feel your ideas won’t require a consultation, please contact us to schedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that we require a deposit when booking an appointment. No matter what the tattoo design is, we treat each one respectfully and just as important as the last.

What do I need to bring to my consultation?We always appreciate clients collecting any relevant photo references prior to your consultation as that and any other pertinent information will always expedite the creative process of designing your tattoo. Consultations are free, however we do require a $100 non refundable cash deposit to schedule tattoo time. Typically tattoo appointments are booked the same day of your consultation. Deposits are transferable with a 48 hour notice to reschedule .

Do you tattoo a person under the age of 18?We are an 18 and older establishment, however, state law allows for minors 16 and older with parent/guardian permission. We work with minors on a strictly discretionary basis. Both parents must prove content when applicable. "Body Artists. Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-4-2101 to 2103 Tattooing and Body Piercing. Prohibits anyone from performing a body art procedure on a minor unless the artist has received express consent from the minor's parent or guardian."

How much will my tattoo cost?We understand tattoos can be expensive and we strive to meet the budget needs of all our clients. Our shop minimum is $80. Often times we will agree on a flat rate with our clients when the tattoo is something we can finish in a single session. All tattoos are designed differently and prices are based on how involved, such as, size, placement, complexity and detail, which all will be discussed during your consultation.

What is your preferred method of payment?We are a cash only establishment.

Will I get my deposit back?We require a cash deposit before setting up a tattoo appointment. This deposit goes toward the cost of a tattoo upon completion. We are a cash only establishment. All deposits are non-refundable.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule?We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a tattoo appointment. Last minute cancellations may result in the loss of a deposit.

How do I prepare for my tattoo appointment?Your time with us is important, to maximize this time its necessary that we both show up fresh and ready. Our aim is your comfort. Please make sure you have a good nights rest the night before. Please refrain from drinking alcohol the night before or day of your appointment, as it tends to thin your blood and impair our ability to work effectively. Eat a healthy breakfast or snack before hand or bring something along with you. You’re welcome to bring in some headphones, reading material, or anything that will help you to relax. You can invite a friend for emotional support but please limit guests to one person. We would appreciate it if you could arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand to allow time to sign in and get settled.

How long will my tattoo take to heal?It takes two weeks to “heal", however, it takes a few months for the skin to fully regenerate.

How do i care for my tattoo?We recommend washing your tattoo with unscentrd anti-bacterial soap at least 3 times a day. You should wash your tattoo with warm water, this helps clear the lymph from your skin which is what can cause scabbing. Keep your tattoo CLEAN! Do not leave a thick layer of clothing or anything else over your tattoo, it needs to breathe to heal. Lastly, DO NOT pick at scabs, this will pull the color out. - Use unscented (fragrance free) anti-bacterial soap (Dial Gold) - First 3 days use aquaphor a minimum of 3 times a day (can use A&D ointment) - After 3 days, use unscented lotion (Aveeno or Lubriderm are great options) - Do not soak in tubs, pools, lakes, oceans, etc. - Stay out of direct sunlight.
